Emmy Awards 2020, the most beautiful looks on the virtual red carpet

Although this year’s Emmy delivery took place, for the first time in history, in digital format, the glamor side of the show hasn’t been wiped out by the pandemic, quite the opposite. However, celebs have found a way to shine and give couture lessons even from a distance
Looking for a tailored home look? Watch the 72nd Emmy Awards, in an unprecedented TV series awards ceremony (with presenter Jimmy Kimmel at the Staples Center in Los Angeles practically deserted), orphaned of flashes and official red carpet, with candidates connected remotely most absurd year that we all find ourselves living, the celebs still dressed up and gave a la page show, fortunately. The show must go on, on the other hand. And even the turn of the fashion of outfits has not stopped. Some at home, some in the courtyard, some in a hotel room, the stars held up the banner of style to celebrate the best of television.

Each of the nominated candidates, of course, was in any case provided in advance by the production with the dress code of the evening: «Present yourself as you are, but make an effort». And we, deep down, knew that the stars would not let us down. No one, from Zendaya to Reese Whiterspoon, from Kerry Washington to Billy Porter, could have been satisfied with a low profile look. And so the protagonist of Euphoria (who won the award as best dramatic actress for a TV series) chose for the occasion a beautiful black and purple dress by the designer Christopher John Rogers, complete with Bulgari jewels (and then a second by Giorgio Armani Privé). Jennifer Aniston, for her part, represented the compendium of comfort in her pre-Emmy outfit, which was a gray pajama combo with a face mask and a glass of champagne. In our opinion, she won everything (even if she didn’t take home any prizes). Foto: Screenshot @Instagram
