Chanel Pre-Fall 2021 Métiers d’art. Each year since 2002, CHANEL presents in December a collection dedicated to its Crafts. This collection highlights the creative dialogue between Virginie Viard, Artistic Director of CHANEL’s Fashion collections and the Art Houses that enhance the Maison’s creations.inside the historic Château de Chenonceau in the Loire Valley, Virginie Viard revealed what she’s been cooking up. The Chanel Métiers d’art collection, which aims to annually showcase and celebrate the savoir faire and unrivaled craftsmanship of the house’s go-to artisanal maisons, brought mysterious elegance to the fore for 2020/2021.

This ready-to-wear collection specific to CHANEL celebrates the virtuosity of craftsmen: the jewelers of Maison Desrues, the plumassiers of Maison Lemarié, the hats of Maison Michel, the embroiderers of Maison Lesage and Atelier Montex, the shoemakers of Maison Massaro, the goldsmiths of the Maison Goossens, the glovers of Causse Gantier or the plisseurs of the Maison Lognon located in Paris and in France.
