Queen’s speech for Christmas 2020 in full as monarch says ‘we need life to go on’ .With just a picture of her husband Prince Philip on the desk beside her the Queen spoke to the nation about “debt of gratitude” we all owe the NHS.The Queen donned the Courtauld Thomson Scallop-Shell Brooch which belonged to the Queen Mother while a framed photograph of Prince Philip could be seen placed on her desk during her annual Christmas broadcast at Windsor Castle.
