The TNT broadcaster has unveiled the new trailer for the second season of Snowpiercer, the TV series based on the graphic novel Le Transperceneige.With the new trailer, the official poster has been released, but also the short synopsis relating to the new episodes. We also remind you that the premiere of the second season is expected on TNT starting from 25 January 2021.At the end of the first season the survivors of the revolution are trying to pick up the pieces and maintain a fragile peace between the now united classes as Layton has emerged as the leader of the train. Having discovered that Mr. Wilford is alive and headed on a rival train, Melanie risks exiting to prevent him from invading the Snowpiercer. While she is out there, it is revealed that Alexandra, Melanie’s daughter whom she thought was dead, is alive and has become Wilford’s protégé. In Season 2 an entirely new power struggle will emerge, causing a dangerous rift between the people who will be torn between their loyalty to Layton and Mr. Wilford, who has a new train, new technology and a plan that makes everyone think. As Layton battles Wilford for the soul of the Snowpiercer, Melanie leads the charge in a shocking new discovery that could change the fate of humanity.
